No. You can open the editor, draw, save locally in the browser, and export without signing in. An email one-time code is available when you want an account — required only if you publish to the gallery.

Yes. Import an SVG from disk, keep editing it as vectors, and export SVG, PNG, JPEG, or WebP. You can also copy the SVG markup from the editor.

The current workspace autosaves in your browser (IndexedDB) so you can close the tab and come back. Signing in does not move that local file to the cloud unless you publish it to the gallery.

Select and direct-select, pen, pencil, blob brush, text, and a shape library (rectangles, ellipses, stars, rings, arcs, polygons, and more). You can edit anchors and handles, transform, duplicate, and run boolean union or subtract.

SVG Studio is built for current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Use a desktop browser for the full canvas. Some file-system features are nicer in Chromium, but drawing and SVG export work without them.
